We do not sell or share your personal information

Redfish Labs LLC does not sell personal information, and does not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising, as those terms are defined under the California Consumer Privacy Act and similar state laws. We have no advertising business and we do not provide personal information to data brokers.

What we do with personal information

We use it to operate PlaceCommand for the business that subscribes to it: authenticating users, storing operational records, delivering transactional email, and billing. Our subprocessors are listed in the Privacy Policy and may act only on our instructions.

Exercising your rights

To request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, email privacy@redfishlabs.io. We will verify your request before acting on it and will not discriminate against you for making one. You may use an authorized agent.

If you are a guest of a property

When a property management company uses PlaceCommand, that company controls your information and we process it on their behalf. Send your request to the company you booked with. If you contact us directly, we will pass the request to them and support their response.
